You must have a website to join. It can be a blog, a diary, a personal site, a domain... I don't care as long as it doesn't contain any illegal or hateful stuff.

Put a button or a text link as soon as you can. If you don't link back, I don't list you.

Keep your information updated, a clique full of dead links isn't nice :/
